Has large flowers of intense yellow petals with a red border. It is highly tufted with many shoots ending flower buds. It grows to 50cm, leaves dark green, leathery and very healthy. Proclaimed ``Golden rose of Den Hague``in 1988. (W. Kordes 1982).
